PAN Livestock offers expert advice in the development of long-term policy and planning strategies for livestock and animal health services. This involves the provision of advice on the format and priorities for veterinary education programmes, the implementation of policy, planning, monitoring and evaluation procedures, and the development of sustainable information systems.
